American Idol 6 - Results 3/14 Now there are 11

Well I am watching Return of the Jedi to get me out of my bad mood on American Idol. Oh was I teased and my heart beat faster when Sanjaya made it to the bottom 3 which I didn't think was possible only to have my hopes beaten to the ground and stomped on. There was to be no happy dance for me!

America who screwed up again.

Brandon was sent home instead of Sanjaya.

The good news is that he was but one step away so perhaps next week will be the week! I will be in Memphis watching it from another hotel room.

I like the 30 minute result shows they move quickly.

The group number was actually pretty good, the contestants seem to do so much better then they do separately. They all actually looked really good to.

I didn't enjoy the first Ford commercial though, it sucked and what was up with Chris Sligh's afro wig, please.

Diana Ross still looks hot and that woman knows how to play to the audience and make us love her. She stumbled a bit with her pitch but she never faltered and if you weren't paying attention you won't have known.

Interesting the bottom 3 were all men, Brandon, Phil and Sanjaya.

One of the men was first to go, it is a woman's contest to win unless there are some incredible missteps in weeks to come.
